- One Free Re-inspection Fee is Included in the Price Invoiced
- Further Re-inspection Fees will be Charged if Needed at $80 Per Reinspection
- Increase Price if Travel Time Exceeds 1hr
- This Invoice is Only Valid for 90 Days, Where After Further Charges Will Be Applicable
- Issued Form 26 Gives the Owner 90 Days to Comply, Thereafter Council Must Be Notified (Council Will Apply Penalties and Fines)
