Thereza is a fully licensed and insured pool safety inspector that leads the team at Smart Pool Safety. She has been involved with pool safety since November 2010. Having experience in Occupational Health and Safety she has been helping and advising clients (homeowners and commercial owners) regarding the new pool safety laws.

With her outgoing, friendly, nature she will advise you with easy cost-effective ways to get your pool/spa compliant. She has done over 8000+ inspections and tries to make the process less complicated and confusing.

Clients feel at ease with her and work well with her.

There are no hidden costs in her fee as she charges One Flat Fee and provides one FREE re-inspection if needed.

On-site Inspection on the Property
Discussions and Suggestions on How to Rectify Any Nonconformities or Any Problem Areas.

Extra Fees Can Be Applied if Travel Time Exceeds More Than 1 Hr’s Drive.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

One Free Re-inspection Fee is Included in the Price Invoiced.
Further Re-inspection Fees Will
Be Charged at $80 Per Reinspection.
This Invoice is Only Valid for 90 Days, Where After Further Charges Will Be Applicable.
Issued Form 26 Gives the Owner 90 Days to Comply, Thereafter Council Must Be Notified.
Council Will Apply Penalties and Fines.
